Warranty Information

All items, parts and accessories sold through this website are covered by only the warranty provided by the manufacturer. Any warranties for any items shall be considered as a “pass-through” warranty and shall not be supported by this website or our company.

Over tightening is not a manufacturer’s defect and is not covered by warranty. Please see product manual for specific assembly instructions.

General warranty information may be available through the original manufacturer. For further assistance please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty or call 800-495-2440.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order, for any reason, prior to order fulfillment. Most orders are shipped the same day as the order is placed. When an order has been shipped any requests to cancel or change your order shall be covered by our Returns Policy. This policy shall supersede any other terms, policies or provisions, verbal or written, regarding returns and cancellations.
