All product shipments shall be made using the most cost effective, reputable delivery method (i.e., UPS, Fed Ex, Common Carrier, etc.). We only offer expedited shipping over the phone or by request thru email at [email protected] . Freight costs will vary depending on order size, weight and actual delivery address. All orders are F.O.B. Oklahoma City, OK.

*Note: All shipments Made to Canada are shipped UPS unless shipped freight.

Return Policy

Products ordered incorrectly may be returned if shipped back within thirty days. Any returned items must be in the original packaging and in new, unused condition. There shall be a restocking of 15% for items ordered incorrectly. Any freight damage to product(s) or packaging myst be reported to delivery driver at the time of delivery with a follow up to Dura-Stilt Co within 24 hours of delivery. All returns must have Returns Goods Authorization (RGA). To obtain an RGA, please contact us.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will not be collected for items purchased on this website except for items purchased or delivered in the state of Oklahoma. Oklahoma orders will be taxed.
